Richard's Tavern is a cozy little bar that we wandered into one day when we were tired of all our typical haunts in the Pontiac area. We were pleasantly surprised by what we found. Very friendly waitstaff and bartenders who not only get your drink orders right but do it with a smile. They're happy to help you find something new to try if you're tired of the same old thing. The establishment is kept very clean, including the restrooms, which is something that's so important yet often overlooked in far too many bars.
If you love great bar fare including big juicy burgers that you can really sink your teeth into, you'll be very pleased with the food at Richard's Tavern. The drinks are possibly just as mouth watering as the food is, and you won't pay exorbitant prices for either. If you're wondering if those cheap drinks are watered down to make them that way, you'll be happy to know that they're not. They're always strong and flavorful. And did we mention the drink specials?
