Pub Lounge is quite possibly the only bar in Pontiac on this list that we haven't been to ourselves, but it got such high recommendations from all our friends that we had to include it here! We're told that it has that warm and inviting pub decor that we all love, with the wood and the dark colors that instantly make you feel at home and make you want a stiff drink as soon as you walk through the door! The food consists of bar fare and pub favorites, and the beer selection on draft and in bottles is pretty good.
The real highlights of this great little pub are the people who staff it and the crowds who pack it nightly. We're told that everyone is friendly and happy to see you when you come in. Most of the patrons will consist of regulars, though you'll get some newbies trickling in when there are events happening in the downtown Pontiac area. If you are one of those newbies, you'll be happy to know that the regulars are friendly and happy to see new faces, as are the bartenders and waitstaff. If you love a good pub, well, this is a great one. Located on Huron Street east of Gennessee Avenue.
